Thank you for choosing us as your space for relaxation and wellness. At SoulSpa, we are committed to providing you with a unique sensory experience, with professional services in an environment designed to renew your body, mind, and spirit.
02. Nature of the Service
SoulSpa is a center specializing in relaxation therapies, body massages, aesthetic treatments, and personalized sensory experiences. Our services are delivered by trained professionals under strict hygiene, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
03. Appointments
- Appointments are made through our official channels (website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person).
- All appointments must be confirmed at least 3 hours in advance.
- We may request a deposit to block the schedule.
04. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance. Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Rescheduling is subject to time availability.
05. Punctuality
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your session. If you arrive late, part of your session time may be lost.
06. Behavior
SoulSpa is a respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate service cancellation without refund.
07. Health and Contraindications
You must inform us of any medical conditions prior to your session. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from omitted information.
08. Refunds
No refunds will be made for services that have already started. In justified cases, a rescheduling or service credit may be offered.
09. Privacy
Your data will be processed in accordance with Law 1581/2012 and Decree 1377/2013. We use it only for internal administrative and commercial purposes.
10. Updates
We may update these terms at any time. New versions will apply as of their publication date.
11. Acceptance
Booking a service at SoulSpa implies your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
